Wild is your local indoor plant shop here in the heart of Norton in the North East. Houseplants make people happy and clean our air but most of all, houseplants are beautiful.
Wild Plant Shop is an independent houseplant shop based on Norton High Street in Teesside and we opened our doors in June 2019. We love to stock exotic and exciting houseplants, meaning our cute little shop has quickly become the place to go for all your foliage needs. Here at Wild, alongside plants and pots, you can also purchase plant-related gifts and lots of locally-made products. Recycle & Reuse
We are proud to offer a plastic pot recycle and reuse scheme. Take a plastic pot for free or drop your plastic pots in to be reused. We do our very best to be as responsible as possible with our plastic use.
We sell a huge variety of indoor plants in our little shop, from Monstera Deliciosa, Begonia Maculata, Pilea Peperomioides, and Yucca Plants to Variegated Cacti, Calathea Ornata, Fittonia, and Bird of Paradise. We can also do our best to order plants in for you, just drop us an email at hello@wildplantshop.co.uk and let us know what you're looking for.
At Wild, we like to hand make as many things as we can in the shop. Here is a small selection of some of the things we do!
Macrame
Jayne, our resident macrame maker, makes sure our shop is fully stocked with colourful macrame wall hangings, key-rings, and plant hangers throughout the year. They are available in many shapes and sizes and are the perfect addition to any home.
Candles
Katy makes her very own soy wax candles here in Norton under the name House of Wax. The fragrance is strong but not overpowering and they have a burn time of 20 hours. Scents like 221B Baker Street, Chandlers Cranberry Sauce, and Glen Coco have become firm favourites at Wild. The candles can be supplied in a gift box too for those special occasions.
Prints
Jenni is a designer by trade and creates her own collection of art prints that are for sale at Wild! From typographic prints to travel and landscape posters, Land & Sea has it all.
Jewellery
A small selection of handmade silver rings are available at Wild too, all made by Katy. Some hammered and some brushed, there will be something to suit you. We can also take orders for specific sizes and styles if you have something special in mind. Katy also makes beautiful clay and metal earrings - don't miss them on the counter at Wild!
Greeting Cards
A cute selection of greeting cards are available at Wild because when you need a plant gift, you need a card too! So whether it’s a birthday, new home or valentine, Jenni's handmade cards at Wild have you covered.
